We design people's homes from the ground up, working together to produce the floor plan and spatial connectivity you've always envisaged as your very own home. 

 

But more than this we incorporate our clients personal taste to create their very own custom designs, from; pantry's, robes, en-suites, theater rooms, alfresco's; right up to custom designed pool rooms, the list is endless. 

Above all, we make it look good, and we do it with your input along the way. This means taking a series of design iterations, tweaking, changing roof styles and switching between contemporary and traditional features that you feel are right for you.

Residential

Dual Occupancy/Multi Dwelling Townhouses
 A popular choice for investors or even Owner Builder's is the Dual Occupancy. Dual Occupancy's can be built as either a duplex or a house with an attached granny flat. They offer the idea of two rental incomes or one whilst you live in either of the two dwellings.
 
Dual Occupancy's have their own building and legislative codes that differ and overlap whether your seeking approval through council Development Application or Complying Development. These are the things you need to get right in the initial planning to avoid delays and unforeseen site costs that usually wouldn't arise when building a single dwelling.
Next, Multi- dwellings. These higher density developments can sometimes be a great way to utilize an older property in a developing community. We offer full preliminary planning on all multi dwelling projects, this allows both ourselves as designers and yourself the investor to undertake a feasibility study of the project before going ahead. 
Granny Flats/Outbuildings

The newest craze to sweep Sydney is the Granny Flat. Granny Flats are fantastic investment options for people who already own their own home or anyone who already owns an investment property.
