Every project whether you know it yet or not, needs the right planning from the very beginning. Too many times have projects been drafted and designed without
having first engaged in the necessary steps to ascertain the feasibility of every project.
Before a sketch is even derived we ensure all our projects undergo a rigorous planning assessment involving council checks, Development Control Plan reviews, Complying Development viability and source all relevant documents pertaining to the project site.
We engage and co-ordinate a number of external consultants who are necessary throughout the design stages. This will include but is not limited to; Contour Surveyors, Bushfire Assessors, Structural Engineers and Environmental Consultants.
3D images are a resourceful tool when designing an architectural project that 2D drawings cant quite depict. All of our projects include 3D models throughout the design stage so you as a client can visualise and engage with the design from as many different view points as possible.
Digital 3D models also allow our design team to render and display the external finishes of your project. This means you will be able to envisage your project prior to construction and will be able to make informed changes as the project comes to life.
Further to 3D models, our team can then take your site photographs and photo montage your finished 3D model into its current environment, so as to give life like interpretation of the final project.
